Great products, absolutely atrocious local execution.

Pros

Great products, excellent support on products. High level management seems to be good.

Cons

Absolutely terrible local execution of service and maintenance . Serious lack of leadership. Regional management does not provide enough oversight of unqualified local management . No oversight at all at regional and local levels of corporate policies. Sales staff is pathetic on service end. Local management is so short sighted they need a white cane.

Pros

Family/work balance. Mostly friendly atmosphere. Most employees have a "can do" attitude. Large enough to have many people to learn from. Easy to form friendships within the company.

Cons

Management runs from conflict instead of diffusing situations. Some managers like drama. Typical place of employment with the typical headaches of a good ol' boys network. Hard work can get one ahead here more so than at some other companies.

Pros

It's a good starting place... They will spend money on outside training and providing tools. The general processes they have are good.

Cons

If you don't have experience working on elevators it will be difficult to advance. Very few have made it that do not have field experience.
