the corporate office does not know efficiency when they see it , outsourcing cost was more than in house.

the h.r. dept. was top notch at keeping the benifits good. the pay was acceptable for similar work in the region.

the management was not astute to listening to employees sugestions . they viewed that as only complaints, or just did not know how to gain from the advice of experienced help.
