Great colleagues (mostly). Other than that...

Cons

Management on country level is incompetent, which causes lots of issues. Lots of bullying, harassment in different forms. Unfortunately due to lack of proper communication channels, upper management is unaware of this (and instead of fixing issues - creates more). Friendly advice, if you don't have iron nerves and elephant skin don't even consider taking a job in TMF. Personally, happy to be out.

We have an Internal Communications team that facilitates communication between management and employees and we have also conducted employee surveys annually to get feedback on how we can better ourselves.

Very bad management. All talented people are leaving the company.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some very talented people and learnt a lot. Unfortunately these people already left or are leaving the company.

Cons

Very bad management at all levels. Only the timesheets are considered during employees evaluations. People overcharge clients and this is encouraged by team leaders and DCS. Managers use the force of their positions to push people as hard as they can, instead of trusting their people, which creates a very stressful atmosphere. Some managers spend only 4 - 5 hours in the office and charge double in their timesheets (tolerated by upper management). All talented people already left or are currently leaving the company - senior employees are massively leaving and all teams are understaffed.
