- Full of unprofessional and unethical people. Full of blame games. I wonder how some people reach to their current position - this is a complete mystery. - Lack of trust and stressful situation. People are working paycheck to paycheck as there is lack of clear focus among management and the team. - Management team lacks basic manner and they shout at their sub-ordinates and show no respect towards them. Managers make inappropriate gestures (such as middle finger) towards the employees. Issues reported to cluster management team are ignored. - You are asked to fear the boss. - You will work with some of the most incompetent managers in your life. At some point, you will feel as if you are talking to a wall. - To conclude, you will hate each and every day spent inside this office. You can do better than this. Blind pick any company, it will be better than this one. - Last but not least, there is a huge turnover and many positions remain vacant for very long period of time. By the time they find someone for vacant post, someone else will leave creating another vacant post. Headcount is less than 10.
