Pros

Great learning opportunity, would recommend to new college grads Above average pay for the industry Very friendly colleagues who want to transfer knowledge WLB is team dependent

Cons

Team has reduced to 1/3 of original size in less than 2 years, but BU is mostly hiring in India Refuses to hire externally in US (only internal reqs) to fill roles lost from attrition, instead management dumps responsibilities on rest of team members (with no pay raise to match) Management refused to address 2025 layoffs, employee morale is very low Limited mobility and (capped) yearly performance bonus Restructured profit sharing to effectively be a pay cut (-7%) Unclear job description, constantly changing priorities, management is out of touch with employees Innovation isn't emphasized, new products are mostly IP re-use Employee burn-out common Definite decline in work culture since 2023 RSU vesting schedule is bad (4 years)

Pros

Flexible depending on management Strong direct managers for your team Good profit sharing (at least it used to be..) Incentive to move between roles within the company

Cons

Work load can get excessive Trying to learn is a struggle especially out of college as mentorship is not really there TI is struggling right now and has really cut back on profit sharing (-10%) Much of the work could be completed from home but management (upper) really likes the in office feel so standard 9-5 is expected although hybrid would work well.

Pros

Stable employment, good bonus. Nice location in North Dallas.

Cons

Benefits, especially medical below industey leaders. Midling wages. Sub-par raises. Senior management tries to run too lean on staffing for extended times. Everything to do with anything IT related is a con!

Pros

- great place to start your career - plenty are willing to get you ramped up as fast as possible - plenty of work - good pto

Cons

- besides working with offshore teams and adjusting to their schedule during the week, you will be asked to work weekends and holidays at some point. - upper management does not care about how you get it done, just get it done. - you will get stuck doing the same thing over and over again, with little career growth - no remote work possible
