Texas Instruments reviews about "pay"

I swear upper management is making the worst possible decisions at every turn. They layoff large amounts of people with decades of experience and then turn around and say they will convert a building to exclusively produce products that require said experience.

-demanding environment -stock goes sideways -lots of red tape

Pretty average at pay. Stock compensation is BS, will only be vested after 4 years of holding.

Layoffs, Pay cut, lack of visibility from upper leadership, community culture seems to be going through a large shift

- low base salary due to "profit sharing" - Slow movement upwards -Leadership

Very much demanding job with no work life balance

Management sucks the life out of everyone here in recent years. They only care about cutting cost and doing more. I was forced out through dishonest means. Dont join this company until they resolve the management issues.
