Pros

Overall I like working here. The culture has been good. Lots of different products you can switch things up to keep yourself learning.

Cons

The flexibility we used to have has been rolled back as we've experienced a firm return to office mandate with badge tracking and recent "restructuring" (lay offs). Going forward, our profit sharing payout system has been revised to require better performance than we've had over the last 15 years to maintain similar levels that we've received over the last 10 years (aka: pay cut)

Pros

Can take ownership early in the career. The pressure is usually less compared to other embedded software companies like Qcom, Nvidia etc

Cons

Pretty average at pay. Stock compensation is BS, will only be vested after 4 years of holding.

Pros

Good benefits. Pay is not really competitive though and is a very cliquish company in some fabs.

Cons

Could offer more competitive pay and starting benefits for new employees and better OJT. Managers I encountered were not open to constructive feedback and acted like they knew everything.
