Things that make you go hmmmm

Pros

Pay is good not great. Mgmt stock incentive was good but seems to be going downhill fast.

Cons

Hours and they are shipping a lot of the customer support jobs offshore to Jamaica, The Philippines, Columbia and others. Disorganized mgmt in the package centers. They have no clue how to run a business. They are so caught up in the day to day things they have no time to take care of their people. For example, they always find a way to jack up payroll. There really is no future with for the American mgmt employee.

UPS is a great company that allows employees the opportunity to grow with in the the company. They wish to hire from within. They offer great benefits for individuals and their families.

Cons

Communication is one thing that needs to improve within the company. I also think there needs to be transparency between management and those below them.
