      Good company but toxic environment in Procurement. Leadership unable to lead, guide, with zero functional knowledge.

      Company is stable due to the energy transformation, especially related to renewables

      Cons

      There could be endless, from the L3 Leaders and above having a zero clue about the function, the people they manage what they do, and therefore leading to zero guidance, zero leadership. Poor soft skills and it is all and only a political and friends game. If you want to have a stable career, it's all about getting a position through politics, a perfect place. If you want to learn, grow, be in a meritocratic and collaborative environment, with some leadership and guidance then you better avoid the place.
