Pros

Decent salary,Flexi working hours, Good canteen facilities

Cons

Management in Technology centre often do not have visibility on the work load and struggle to keep their team occupied. The managers are basically bunch of paper pushers and significantly lack commercial and business understanding. Some of the senior managers are former graduates with almost zero leadership skill and experience.

Pros

One of Dusseldorf's better paying and stable employers. The work-life balance is good, overtime is rare and supervisors are generous with WFH and flexible arrangements. Kind company to people with families.

Cons

Antiquated, lengthy processes with tons of steps, meaning it takes a long time to complete even the smaller tasks. The company is not digitally minded, it's largely paper-based (symptomatic of old German work culture), which can make you feel like you're working in the early 90s sometimes. While the values are good, the culture can be a little stale and there's virtually no social element.
