Cons

1. No long term strategy. 2. Compensation is bad. Less people with more tasks, thus overtime, but not paid. 3. No bonus salary 2018 onwards. 4. Very limit room for career development.

Pros

A strong brand with good market cover. Great expertise across trading, gas and power markets. Many colleagues are highly capable and collaborative, with opportunities to work on interesting

Cons

The company has gone through significant organisational changes, leaving some good expertise behind. Uncertainty around long-term direction. Decision-making often unstructured and changes with the wind. The environment frustrating at times due to internal complexity and competing priorities.
