      Pros

      Massive company on the iow health care, dental and bonus chance to earn great money. The site manager spends time talking to you and informing you on company change.

      Cons

      It absolutely kills me to read the other comments on this site however as time progresses I see this happening more and more, I understand completely about the progression issues and commitment. This was a fantastic company to work for once however everyone is passing blame from shift to shift and person to person as the company only want to deal with certain people, this is a company for those who have no values, passion or desire to progress.

      You'll work with a product that helps define the future of our world - sustainable energy. You'll have dedicated colleagues

      Cons

      Whenever they cut back they target old (50+) employees. Currently the key focus is to reduce headcount by outsourcing core work to subsuppliers whom are hired on short-notice contracts

      Pros

      A lot of good people trying to make a difference. Decent benefits, however, over the years this has shrank.

      Cons

      Constantly a fight to get any improvements implemented, anything involving management tends to be painful and long drawn out. Bonus has just been rescinded in the US market, despite highest profits in the last decade. Followed by another round of layoffs... Keep the share holders happy first.
