I admire the company .But the company some how has wrong people placed in wrong position Specially in india the Quality Department ,current Senior General Manager & General manager both seated at comfortable position .Senior GM being @ the highest level of decision making even the Local HR doesn't have an upper hand over him .Please en quire about their leadership and management of both in quality department from ex-employees & current employees you will know for yourself.Data points shows none of the people worked under them where happy about their management @ local quality department in india ...The following position in quality (Assistant Manager,Manager,Senior Manager,DGM,Specialist,BB/MBB position opened currently above are under SGM & GM .Please be careful do not get excited looking at the promises they make on the Job description it may look attractive foreign travel.One thing your job is not secure at any time once mission accomplished you are thrown away @ no mercy .There are few good departments who value and respect ex-employee who were laid off .The quality department runs by its own protocol they do not value or respect ex -employees who are laid off so when there is no consideration for their own ex-employees to how much extent are you will be under consideration ....?????I am still to recover from the aftermath of layoff .India doesnt have strong labor laws as Denmark has where the government pay's you if you are job less for a year Please think before you take a decision always ........
