Pros

Great benefits working for a Scandinavian Company. Nice work life balance with flexible working schedules. With any large company, managerial professionalism varied across the organization. but I felt fortunate to have such great leadership.

Cons

Limited ability to move up within departments. Large organization that doesn't move very fast with strategic initiatives, likely due to the rapid growth they had in the mid 2000's which they're still catching up with. The term "Vestas Busy" is very prevalent across the organization.

In later years there has been a tendency to lessen the amount of silos, which was an inherit part of the company.

Cons

Too much focus on KPIs. Good managers are kicked out seemingly arbitrarily. Insistency to outsource work, without proven quality contra price wins.
