      Pros

      Good salary and low cost health care, good PTO policy. My position allowed me to travel around many counties.

      Cons

      Very decadent company with very weak expense control. Poorly run due to poor communications and cooperation among different subsidiaries. Many initiatives at the same time, wasting resources and depressing employee morale.

      Pros

      One of the best parts of working for this company are the benefits, such as low-cost health insurance that provides good coverage and a nice match on the 401k. My position allows me to do a wide variety of tasks, which keeps the job interesting.

      Cons

      It is a sink-or-swim environment with little offered as far as training is concerned. There are questionable decisions made by plant management, such as closing the plant for two weeks in the summer; and then instituting mandatory overtime for all workers as the production schedule is not being met. Pay raises are annual, minimal and don't appear to be based upon performance.
