401K and Salary. Health care benefits are great.

Cons

This should be treated as a temporary job until you find a better place to work. The average length of employment at Vestas is 12 months. Vestas Brighton doesn't respect any of their employees. Trust me I am a current employee and you want to find somewhere else to work. Pay and benefits are great because they have to be to keep you here. Vestas company policy is "Screw you if you quit, I'll just bring in someone else"...

Work life balance. Okay compensation. Not much other than this.

Cons

Everything else. Too much dynamic company. Never knows how the management steers the company. The only thing that is constant here is Firing. No job security. Too much of internal politics. Indian operations run like a govt. one. HR is a family affair. Every one is related to each other.
