Not a place to work for if you really want good growth and learning curve in Technology.

*P & C "good" at making Vestas appear as an attractive place to work for *Easy to get Onsite opportunities for "no good reasons" and you can therefore enjoy a tour to most of European countries *Their Mission and Vision is impressive to read ;-) (I would be surprised if they achieve it !! )
Cons
#Obsolete and antiquated tools with lot of flaws- It's annoying to work with the tools and processes used here. #Problems here (be it technical work related or managerial)are solved slowly either by a temporary work-around or by some unnecessary, extravagant expenditure to suppress the problem for time being until it arises again #A non-goal oriented , un-professional and slow approach to work in most of the departments #As written by someone in an earlier review-its really a good place for slackers but if you want to learn and grow in career then this is not at all a place to be.Infact I would suggest its better to unlearn most of the things you learnt here #Lot of un-necessary meetings for un-necessary reasons #Huge variation in compensation of employees
