Absolutely horrible in Construction Contracts Group

Worst job I ever had. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you don't work in the Construction Contracts group. The job posting had all this great stuff in it but during the entire time I worked there I did 1 % of what was in the job posting and largely did secretary type work. Complete bait and switch. 0 training too. It's as if they assumed I had worked on wind turbines all my life. Very unethical and unprofessional group. The interview process was so easy I should have seen the red flags. The company as a whole was just inefficient in a lot of ways. I even messaged top management about how bad it was.

Plenty of over time available. They supply all the gear and tools you need to do your job.

Cons

Vestas does not take injuries seriously. Vestas lawyers in work comp belittle and take advantage of employees, instead of prioritizing employee's overall health and wellness. All they want is for you to get back to work and for it to look good on paper- no regard for your quality of life.
