      Pros

      There are a lot of cool people working at Vestas.

      Cons

      HR, or P&C, is a mess. They hold no organizational power and are extremely disorganized. So every manager runs their own fiefdom, as a fiefdom. If a decent person is in management, it can be okay, but there's a few fiefdoms in every management chain which makes for waist deep idiocy and pretty constant verbal and emotional abuse. They are actually proud of having a voluntary turnover rate of less than 25%--because last year it was over 30%!

      Good company, decent benefits and willing to work with you, good PTO as well,

      Only complaint I have is the low pay, for being an industry leader I think they should pay a lot more.
