      Accountability and time management was very much acknowledged and enforced. Really care about their employees, when it comes to pay, days off, family time, benefits (401k, dental, medical, vision, life insurance)

      Cons

      perhaps invest in personal tools for certain employees that need to travel with those tools in case a job site doesn't have the proper tools to complete jobs.
