Excellent benefits, competitive pay, and some of the best employees you'll ever work with. They really know how to find great employees. The best work-life balance you'll ever find at any company.

Cons

They don't understand processes, design, business management, or customer relationships. There is a new focus on this, but the company is struggling due to entrenched cultural issues of thinking they're the best.
