      The company is global with many locations. It is the leader in wind energy and works fiercely to protect this position.

      Cons

      The company has issued many profit warnings in the last year and because of its size, is very slow to adapt and adjust to return to a profitable position. Some of the consequences include repeated restructing efforts, leading to a lack of vision and stability for employees. There is a lack of stability and a constant fear that your position will be cut.
