      Large geographic market area, tons of problems to try to fix, good holiday and flexible work hours, nice offices (probably too nice)

      Cons

      upper management is clueless about doing business outside of Denmark, IT system is ridiculous, job security has to be the lowest of any company, incredible amount of reinventing the wheel with this place..

      great benefits/wages/location great co. for america ..vestas #1 in world #2 in u.s.a vestas knows the wind industry ,they have only been in the states about 5 yrs great co for co.

      Cons

      the training is very poor at vestas by the time you learn one way they change it .every job at vestas is on the job training
