Pros

I guess it's better than working in an Amazon warehouse

Cons

Absolutely no growth opportunities. In 3 years I've only had a raise once, and it was just 1%. My manager has given me no path to a promotion or raise, despite being able to demonstrate improved performance year over year. If you think I'm a fool for sticking around you would be right. If you are told you can work remote they will pull out the rug from under you and require you to be in Deerfield so long as you are 50 miles from the office. I never would have taken this job if that was communicated to me beforehand.
