Pros

- When you deploy applications to the cloud, it's a complex network path to the stores.

Cons

- There's a lot of pepped up frustration internally. Some people get to work remotely while others have to come into the office 3 days a week. I've heard through the grapevine this is increasing. - The company is facing significant challenges, and current efforts may not be yielding the desired results. Success often hinges on navigating internal politics to secure resources and advance, which creates a counterproductive incentive structure. This issue is particularly concerning given the difficult times the company is experiencing. - Unclear if Walgreens can truly turnaround the business for susitanble profitability.
