Pros

Chill about WFH though require 3 days in office. People do care about the work they are doing, they try very hard. The "culture" is still an appropriate description for how they want to operate.

Cons

Has almost zero on-site engineering capabilities except for specific teams. Underpaid for level of responsibility. No real raises for years. Rating scale based on bell curve with requirements for all sections of the curve. Management makes no decisions, and devalues accomplishments unless you overproduce as the standard. Full contractor based/managed organization.
