- Flexible working option available - Colleagues from across the world

Cons

- Lack of long term strategy by the top management - Re orgs every 6 months with major changes in roles, so much that people are scared of All hands meetings - Lack of training for managers, leading to bad managers at various levels

Office located in central Berlin

Cons

Everything else especially management. There is no way anyone could care about you. They bring people from outside Germany or outside EU and pay them a misery of a salary. This is why many leave after the first year as they all wait to sell the shares they are entitled after 12 months. In the late 2019 they laid off hundreds of people after a chaotic growth. All the managers got bonuses and salary raises due to target being achieved and then the suckers that got hired got fired.
