Pros

- Good perks, pod outing is a good idea. - You’ll make a couple of good friends. That’s all I’m afraid.

Cons

- Absolutely no work life balance - Filled with managers that are hired from consulting companies. They are great at making fancy slides but terrible at managing projects and analysts because they don’t know what is going on - Even worse they can’t properly recognize who is contributing more because again they don’t have tech backgrounds. - Below market salaries

Pros

- Great people from all over the world - Many social events so people from different departments can get to know each other

Cons

- Management can be terrible, depends on the team and department, but some managers don't care at all about the people that work under them - In my department there were many changes and reorganizations that were ridiculous and stressful, my team was understaffed for months at a time and nobody cared, but management still expected the same level of performance - Opportunities to grow and get promoted became much less as the company grew - Favoritism (some teams and people within a department were better treated than others, because they were working on a more relevant category) - A few times people getting fired was dealt with very badly by department leaders and HR

Pros

I worked at the Berlin office - pay was good for a company in Berlin, good extras like gym membership, free snacks.

Cons

Work was extremely repetitive. Often things are done in a way that makes absolutely no sense. Extremely old software - a LOT of copy and pasting involved.
