Pros

Haha...Not really nothing much in this section.

Cons

HR: For a company of around 300-400 people they have a handful of HR who themselves are quite new and know nothing much about rules and guidelines. Admin and IT: Similar to HR, handful members, who will ask you to everything on your own and they will sit and advise you instead of a proper professional support team. Lift: Company can remove the lift and do a favor because those are so old, you have to sometime wait for 10 mins.. Ok on average ..5 mins Canteen: They have a vendor who just have the charges high and quality on of the worst. Managers: Don't understand what was the criteria set for hiring them. Personally me and many colleagues have complained against the managers about their micro mangament, their mis-behavior, harsh commentary, petty politics(managers fighting against each other openly :D) , not a single person in mangement whom you can set as a mentor and aspire to be. Career Opportunities: They hire data-scientists and ask to work on Excel and power-points. The longer one stays the longer they are out of real-world competition. Single digit hikes which the managments says is market standards.

Pros

Over a decade old company with strong fundamentals and very stetrgitic. Very strong leadership and structured in meeting global market. Higher officials know what they are doing and process oriented company. Company has its legacy in sustaining in global platform.

Cons

The place where I worked was highly political. Lack of ethics and morals. HR is biased and lacks fair judgement. Management do not know how to use the resources in right direction. Most of the managers are not qualified. No opportunities to grow further. HR nor the management care about the employees . People get promoted based on the race, materialistic aspects of the candidate. Performance reviews and awards are pre planned and unfair. No recognition and encouragement to the employees. Management intentionally gives poor reviews and put employees on PMP in order to roll them off from the employment. No social activities at work. If employees complains to HR about the management, HR and management makes the employee resignation as a termination of employment from HR stand point without thinking about employees reputation. Most of the managers, they work for their personal growth rather than bringing value to the company. Recent employee resignations happened to due low employee morale.

Pros

Unfortunately not a lot. If I'm really trying, it's nice to get a feel for how a big organization runs.

Cons

Pay is low. You get zero sick days, all of it comes out of your PTO which they will flaunt as if it's something worth bragging about. The company pits you against your own coworkers, but then expects you to literally do their work for them while they are away on PTO. Management uses intimidation to get what they want from you. This company does not care about you. You are a number to these people. They actually read through all of your internal communications when an employee leaves and hold all remaining employees accountable for anything negative that was said about the company! I have never seen anything like it. This environment is so toxic. Do yourself a favor and run. Dozens of people are hired each year, yet or 3 are promoted from ASSOCIATE Customer Specialist to Customer Specialist. Everyone else has to wait an entire year just to be considered. You will never move up here, and if you do it will take years and years just to get out of the Customer Specialist role. (There's still a third Senior Customer Specialist option). No one is ever promoted in Madison, it's very hopeless as a person who cares about your career trajectory. Management here fights VERY hard to work against you.
