Pros

Used to be a good company. Now, some new management had taken place and that ruined everything

Cons

New management is ruining this company If management doesn't like you, they will fire you anytime. No job security . Think 100 millions time before taking a position in this company. Mangement will take all the credit and the benefits.

Pros

The people. Meaning the ones that are actually doing the work but then again, they're all leaving in droves. Every week there's a going away party.

Cons

Void of strategy, void of innovation. Recent changes in Exec management have the place going sideways with no end in sight to their lack of competence. No product investment, no real sense of focus. Competition is laughing at us.
