Pros

PTO, nice people, some flexibility in working from home

Cons

Constant reorganizations, too much outsourcing, reviews are one-sided (manager side), constant layoffs, especially of older workers, negatives done in North America because they wouldn't get away with it in Europe.

Pros

No Pros to working here.

Cons

Motion Detection Sensors are installed underneath your desk to track your time. Micromanaged. Expect to be fired unless excessive overtime, without compensation, is worked each and every week. Minimum 50-60 hours every week. The software is old, very old. They use DOS to program.

Not a great place to work!

Pros

Company has good view, in one of the highest tower at Chicago. They have free drinks and breakfast every alternate week. Good PTO plan

Cons

Bad management. No growth at the company. Making you work something else other than the role you have been selected for and expect a lot from you. Too much of micromanaging. Salary is below average and a bad place to start a career.
