Pros

- Generous PTO *See cons - People are nice - Hybrid schedule *See cons

Cons

- The workload is extremely intense, while the compensation is very low - Complex, tedious, high-stress work - *In-office requirement is increasing from 2 to 3 days in the spring - with no additional compensation - *PTO blackout dates are enforced during the December holidays and peak season. The team worked throughout the holidays with only Christmas Day and New Year’s Day off - You're expected to cover your coworkers’ work when they're on PTO, which increases your workload - Overall, just a soul-sucking job

Pros

Honestly, not really many left. You used to be able to make good money and there was good leadership, but that's all gone by the wayside. Great money until 2025 (then just good money)... now it's a $175k job that's 10X as stressful.

Cons

-They want you to work 60 hours a week. -Overachievement that actually makes you money (the new logo quota) is absolutely impossible. It was about 15% of my quota in 2023 (150k) and it would be about 40% in 2026 (750k). That's the part of the quota you can make all your money. -You spend way too much time fixing their systemic billing issues. -Takes forever to do simple tasks in their systems. -Leadership sucks.
