a mishap to forget

Pros

Some flexibility and ownership; home office; discount on less than 25% of Zalando's assortment.

Cons

Toxic positivity; toxic people; low compensation; few company benefits (keeps getting worse); near-impossible promotions; Zalando brings out the worst in people, but in a subtle way. You won't immediately notice you're being screwed over; it'll creep in with time. Everyone likes to pretend they are one family, but if this is a family, then we must all be estranged relatives.

Pros

Fun colleague, reasonably challenging work load, team event, small team so everyone is close with each others

Cons

Hybrid working policy forces people to resign. There are a number of restructuring happen in a short amount of time.

German biased, if you are non german and your team has german colleagues or manager, you are doomed.
