      -Successful company -Great heritage in sport -Culturally relevant -Excellent product testing and access to athlete/ consumer feedback -New outlook from Senior Leadership

      Cons

      -Trying to win the race in the U.S. using German thinking -Functional priorities are not aligned -Many rules that are difficult to navigate. This can slow innovation and reaction time. -Difficult Sourcing strategy -Difficulty understanding that today's consumers react on an emotional level, and not so much on a performance level. The performance is inferred by the brand name itself.
