Mostly incompetent management starting at the Supervisor level.

Pros

The Pros are certainly that the paycheck was a little above industry average and always coming on time.

Cons

It appears that entire departments are just trying to find ways to cut a dime from your expense check. The so called supervisor are just puppets of the department manager (if you're not a puppet you will never be considered for a promotion). The average supervisor has no clue about your work but still feels that he has to interfere with it.

Pros

Vacation policy, 401k match is standard across most companies.

Cons

Management (especially the managers who consider themselves at the top: CEO, VP, Director, Controller) they are completely driving employee moral into the ground.

Cons

salaries are not at par. Less scope to enhance your skills once you are an employee.
