Pros

To get an experience in aerospace industry and learn supply chain management.

Cons

They don't pay you well. What you do is account management, which is very demanding and challenging. However, they will keep you as "customer sales rep" so they don't have to pay you more. Additionally, you don't learn anything about supply chain management. All we see is bad management. It's surprising big business is moving forward with this management.

Pros

Good Pay, some good people to work alongside.

Cons

Mid level management has no clue what they’re doing and do not facilitate any meaningful business decisions. They will drive you to “improve” results on their terms with no clear path to support the growth, even if it’s contrary to what the customer is asking for or that sales is communicating as being a need in the market. They expect everything to be the same as it was 30 years ago and to follow the same playbook and get the same results as if the industry and businesses have never changed. Management is also almost completely filled out by old white guys just about to retire and are trying to run a business the same way as was done in the 80s.
