ALDI Shift Manager interview questions

I attended their open job fair. All they did was take everyone's applications and told us all that if we didn't hear back from them by a certain date then the position was filled. No opportunity was given to ask more questions and they didn't seem to care about asking anyone any questions. It was just a day to turn in your application for a job and that was it.

Was called back for an interview after showing up for a Aldi Job Fair at a Hotel. I showed up dressed to impress and the interviewer was with a recruiter from Aldi. The interviewer stressed the importance of knowing that the position I am applying for is extremely physical. I expressed my interest for physical work and gave examples on how multi-tasking is what I do daily and enjoy it.
