Was initially contacted by their internal recruiter, Katie. She was super knowledgable and transparent about the process. From the first interaction, she set expectations around how the process would go & what her role would be within that.
From there, I met with the hiring manager. After that call, I delivered a presentation to a panel. Finally, I had 3 behavioral interviews with other directors within the department.
Although the process was thorough and challenging, Katie provided lots of resources to best prepare for each stage.

Tough but fair. It was a good experience and I learned alot. It will equip me with the skills to become better. It's important to work for a company who interviews with many steps otherwise they aren't really serious.
