The interview process with HubSpot was very fair. Definitely one of the tougher interviews I've experienced before but I appreciate that they did their due diligence to find both a culture match and someone who could succeed at the role.

The interview included an online personality test that tool about 20 minutes and asked questions about how you would handle a variety of real world situations in the workplace. The exam determines if your personality profile and decision making style is a fit for the specific role. The interview also included two virtual interviews with Team leaders that ask a variety of qualitative questions to determine your candidacy.

Really good initially- recruiter was quick to schedule in an initial call and then offered to be there to help through the process and respond to emails for the future interviews prep etc.
I made it through to the next round though had my emails ignored around interview prep and then again when I went went through to the next round. The recruiter then went cold and I had to chase a couple of times to get feedback and to find out I wasn’t progressing.
