I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2015
Interview
Easy. They asked if I planned to stay there for two years or longer. They also asked why I felt rbc was the right place to start my career. What my sales skills were even though it was a service role. They made it clear that selling was involved in the role and that I could move up very fast.

Interview
Very thorough interview and excellent scenario style questions, really made me think. Interview was pretty long lasted like 25 minutes. Was not expecting this for a call centre job. However the interviewer was pretty good and patient and made me feel comfortable and i was able to answer the questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2017
Interview
Phone Interview, Online assessment, In person interview.
Recruiter was friendly, she asked some screening questions and then we set an appointment for first phone interview. Meanwhile she sent the online assessment. On the interview day she called right on time, explained the process, and the approx length of the interview. She was always listening carefully and never interrupted. Next day she called to invite me to in person interview. I had an interview with 2 managers. They asked similar questions mainly focusing on my experience as Client services representative. Nothing to tricky, if you have the necessary skills and experience just be honest. If you do not have the experience again be honest, they are open to train if you have the necessary skills.
