Online questionnaire, Telephone Interview, In-Branch Interview. Lime length varies. Questions varies on different examples of client experience. Usually Interviewed by a Recruiter over the phone and then if selected is then called in for In-Branch Interview.

I applied online on corporate website and received a call from the branch manager a couple of months later. My interview was mid-end of July 2013, and then she let me know the day after that I'd gotten the job. Then she informed me that I started mid-August 2013.
