I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
Was referred by an employee, then received a call from a recruiter. We had a rather informal 5-10 minute chat about why I wanted to work for RBC and what my long term ambitions were. He sent me a long questionnaire which I guess was a personality test. I completed it on the same day, and was called a week later to schedule a phone interview for the following week.
Phone interview was pretty standard, went over my resume and was asked some behavioral questions. At the end of the interview the recruiter scheduled me for an interview at the branch with a manager a few days later.
The branch interview was pretty standard, manager was friendly.
