If the number is low, then take it as a sign that the store manager does not know how to mentor and coach and set up a team for success. To see if the store manager is subscribed to Starbucks vision, ask what sorts of community involvement the store has been a part of. If the store lacks in giving back, it will lack in positive corporate culture.

Great interview process, nothing too overwhelming. Ask standard questions for interview into management. We're not intimidating and very thourough. If they ask you the same Question just with different wording you aren't answering it fully or giving enough detail.
