I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TUI Group (Evesham, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
After you apply for the job you will then be asked to do a video interview if they like the look of your CV. In the video interview you have to answer 2 questions in one minute each. Make sure you do your research into TUI and really think about why you want to work for TUI specifically. If you are successful in this stage you will then be put through to a day at an assessment centre. This day is split into two sections. In the morning you do group activities, group presentations (things like PA’s talking about offers onboard) and listen to presentations from the TUI team. They are very friendly and understand the nerves that everyone is feeling. But make sure you also seem confident and remember to smile and be interactive with everyone in the room. They then send some people home at the middle of the day and the rest then make it through to the afternoon for the interviews and role play scenarios. This is a massive achievement if you make it this far so keep reminding yourself that they see potential in you. Just stay calm, be confident and most importantly be yourself! The TUI team are very welcoming and friendly and have been in the same shoes as you are in right now, so they are very understanding of how you will be feeling. There will be around 20 of you on the day.

When was a time where you showed great customer service? Answer like you are telling a story.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TUI Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2018
Interview
After the video interview there's a AD.
About 20 people, you have to wait until they explain you about TUI and the job, a few activities in group, PA announcement and math test - after that they sent half of the group home. Second art was a role play - sales and what would you do in X situation, pretty easy. After that, a face to face interview with two people and a few questions, they give you time to think and answer.
After a few days I got into the talent pool and now you just need to wait.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TUI Group (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Initial video interview then assessment day including group and individual activities with the chance to get through to a one on one interview. At the assessment day 3/4 of us were sent home at lunch and given feedback on why we were not successful in making it through to the afternoon stage. Apparently I did excellently at all tasks but having another candidate constantly talk over me was what got me sent home part way through. Other candidates sent home at this stage were also given ridiculous reasons, and we therefore did not get a chance at a one on one interview. They definitely have targets and certain number of candidates they can hire per day and unfortunately only 3 people were taken through to the next stage. Waste of money and time and had to wait hours and hours in Kings Cross for a train home. Now working for a different airline which had a much fairer assessment day.
