Question 1
Tell me about a time where you worked as part of a team?
I applied online. I interviewed at TUI Group (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
First off you would be measured and then you would sit around and wait. You’d get a presentation into what the company is like and pay etc. Then you’d do a group exercise put into teams to solve a problem each given to the groups. After this if you were successful you’d then be split up to the people that stayed or went home. If you stayed you went on to do a role play scenario, I had to deal with an angry passenger who wasn’t happy with the seat they was given. At the end a 2-1 interview with two of the TUI crew.

Question 1
Give me an example where you gave excellent customer service
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TUI Group (Bristol, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was invited to assessment day after doing a video interview and application form. The assessment day was at a hotel local to the airport I applied to be based in. Assessment day was made up of a friendly ice breaker, reach test, then we had to write and deliver our own PA, then we had to do a easy maths test (mostly just 'how much change would you need to give the passenger if they paid with a £10 note etc'). Then we had to be split into small groups to do a group discussion. This was difficult because it's important not to be too overbearing but it's also important to get your point across. Then at lunch time, over half the group were sent home and the rest got through to the afternoon which consisted of a role play exercise and an interview with recruiters.
