Question 1
when was the last time you went above and beyond for a customer
After completing my video interview I was invited to an assessment day. The day started at 9:30am however there was a girl who turned up late and wasn't in the dress code. The first bit of the interview was completing a PA announcements, maths test and a group activity. After that it was time to see who was going home and who's staying. The girl who turned up late and wasn't in the dress code got through which was heartbreaking for me because I got sent home because I apparently lacked confidence even though I offered to go first on my PA announcement but passed the group activity. But even though that other girl who turned up late got through, not a great impression if you ask me because she could of missed her flight. Personally I didn't think it was fair at all! Very disappointed with TUI

Interview
Got called to an assessment day after passing the video interview. Day started at 9:30am with a PA individual exercise, a maths exam and a group exercise. While the recruiters where nice it's a pity they favoured the loud mouths over the people who actually spoke sense. It seems the rule is the more you talk the better your chances of getting through to the afternoon even if your talking complete garbage. Couple of people I was with were just obnoxious and very controlling. Not open to listening to the ideas of others. Unfortunately the recruiters fell hook line and sinker for this.
