Group task/problem solving/teamwork 1-1 interview with 4 competency questions, didn’t ask what you know about company or ask any questions about yourself. Literally just 4 competency questions eg Tell me a time when you worked under pressure l.

Round 1 - Group Open Day of around 100 applicants Round 2 - Small group interview of around 12 applicants Round 3 - Formal 2 on 1 interview Followed up by a phone call
