Business Outlook

Pros

decent benefits, pay is Ok, some good people to work with, fairly stable company compared to many in these times. Individual teams work hard and keep each other going.

Cons

Current management is self centric they have lost the tradidtion of client focus that made ADP a great company in the past. They have lost the "we" attitude and replced it with a "me" attidude. Hopefully someday it can return to the great team enviornment it once was
