      Pros

      People are so nice and humble.

      Cons

      As I worked with the company with around 6 months, with a permanent contract, I get shocked with a notice to leave the company and the reason was the client shutdown the project so we have to leave as they give me the notice with 51 people together, and before I start I have an offer with a different company for one year contract and it is extended.

      - Nice, friendly team members

      - shows no care towards their employees - micro-management - high turnover; open secret that almost every single employee there is job hunting. - depending on the team ridiculous targets, making new agents doubt themselves and loose confidence in their abilities.
