Pros

Training received on Google products before starting the project.

Cons

Staff is exploited, not only with the volume of work but also with miserable salaries and insufficient breaks controlled until the last second. The team I was working in spent the day answering calls, emails and chats at a non-stop rate. There was a lot of gossip and bullying going on. The team leader appointed was a rude micro manager with an obsession for mistreating, and no management knowledge or ability. Although all teams work from Dublin, if working for Eastern or Southern European countries, salaries are significantly below than if working for Northern European countries.

Pros

Escaping to the toilet whenever you can. Getting to go home at the end of the day (although the managers have probably clamped down on that now too). The prospect of death and never ever having to set foot inside the place again.

Cons

If you're on the phones, you'll be micro-managed to within an inch of your life. If you're back office, you'll be treated like a second class citizen (or worse) by the rude, aggressive managers. Team members who make it up the ladder to become team managers generally become different people who would throw you under the nearest bus to make themselves look good. Managers couldn't care less about you and will treat you like the payroll number you are. Work-life balance is non-existent, and you'll be treated with contempt if you, god forbid, have a life you need to live outside of work. Forget job satisfaction and/or the feeling of accomplishment. Most of the managers can't spell their own names but are quick to critique staff on any aspect of performance they see fit.
